Terms of Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Rezonact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who interacts with the site, its content, or its features.

2. Description of service

Rezonact is a free, interactive learning platform that teaches practical skills for using popular AI tools. Lessons include reading material, hands-on exercises, and quizzes. No payment is currently required for any content.

We may add, remove, or update courses, features, and content at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are using Rezonact on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password and do not share it with others.

Each account is intended for one person. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate progress tracking, leaderboards, streaks, or badges is not allowed.

5. Certificates and Verification

Upon completing a course, Rezonact automatically issues you a certificate of completion, accessible from your account and via a unique public verification link (rezonact.com/verify/[id]).

You are responsible for how and where you choose to share your certificate link (e.g. resume, LinkedIn, professional profiles). Rezonact does not share or post your certificates on your behalf.

The public verification page exists so third parties (such as employers) can confirm a certificate is genuine. By completing a course, you consent to your name, the course title, and the completion date being viewable by anyone with the verification link, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Certificates confirm completion of Rezonact's course content only. They do not constitute a professional license, accreditation, or guarantee of proficiency, employability, or any outcome. They are an educational completion record, not a certification from an accredited institution.

Certificates are non-transferable and tied to the account that earned them. Attempting to generate, alter, or claim a certificate you did not legitimately earn (including through automated or fraudulent means) is a violation of the Acceptable use section of these Terms and may result in account termination and revocation of the certificate.

Rezonact reserves the right to deactivate a certificate's public verification link at your request, or if we determine it was issued or is being used in violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

When using Rezonact, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or resell course content without permission.
  • Use the platform to harass, abuse, or spam other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent progress tracking, gamification, or security systems.
  • Introduce malware, exploits, or anything that could harm the platform or its users.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-access lessons or interfere with normal operation.
  • Generate, alter, or claim certificates fraudulently or through automated means.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, design, and platform code belong to Rezonact unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

The certificate design, verification page layout, and Rezonact branding displayed on certificates remain Rezonact's intellectual property. The recipient's name and completion record shown on their own certificate belong to the user.

You keep ownership of anything you personally submit, such as exercise answers or feedback. By submitting it, you grant Rezonact a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

8. Third-party tools referenced

Rezonact teaches about third-party AI tools — such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva, and others — for educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that tool's own terms, policies, and pricing. We encourage you to review them before signing up or sharing personal data.

9. No professional advice

Everything on Rezonact is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical, or other tailored advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Rezonact is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. We do our best, but AI tools and their features change quickly, so some details may become outdated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rezonact and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, since Rezonact is currently free, is zero.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the platform at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, or engaged in conduct that harms Rezonact or other users.

You may also stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms of Use, please reach out through our Contact page.
